Read the guideBefore submitting an order, check the selected token, network, amount and available balance. Review the quote and slippage shown in the terminal; a quote may change as the market moves.
The terminal shows whether trading is ready for the selected network. If trading is locked, launch checks are incomplete or the service is unavailable, wait for the status to recover before trying again.
After submitting, open Orders or the account’s trading history. Check the order status and its transaction receipt when available. A pending order is still being processed; check its existing record before placing another order.
To investigate a transaction, keep the network, order reference, transaction hash if available and approximate time together. Keep recovery phrases and private keys out of screenshots or notes.
To sync your mobile account on the web, sign in with the same Google, Apple or email account used in the app. Choosing a different account can show a different wallet and account history.
If the terminal says it is restoring your wallet or syncing your account, let that process finish. If syncing fails, use the retry action shown in the terminal.
Open the account menu to check your login identity and public wallet address. Compare them with your mobile account if balances or order history look unfamiliar. You can also review profile information and sign out from that menu.
Open the terminal from metaor.app and check the address before signing in. This help page does not request wallet connections, signatures or trading authorization.
Review and confirm wallet authorization only in the trading terminal’s explicit flow. Check the wallet, network and requested permissions before confirming; opening a help article is not an authorization step.
Never share a recovery phrase or private key. Treat messages, forms or unfamiliar links requesting wallet secrets as unsafe. For account and data information, read the privacy policy, terms and account-deletion page below.
